Your Data, Your Rules
Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) guarantees you, as the data subject, a set of rights over the personal information that Mulher Águia 360 collects and uses. In simple terms, you can, at any time:
- Access — find out what data of yours we have on file.
- Correct — request the update of incomplete, incorrect, or outdated data.
- Delete — request the deletion of your data, when there is no legal obligation to keep it.
- Know who we share it with — request information about third parties with whom your data has been shared.
- Revoke consent — withdraw, at any time, the authorization you gave for the use of your data.
Response time: every request submitted through this form is answered within 15 (fifteen) days, as required by the LGPD (Art. 18, §5).
